We recommend arriving Saturday or Sunday morning to give yourself time to settle in before the wedding festivities begin, particularly if you’re traveling from overseas.

On both Sunday and Monday, we will organize transportation to and from Fattoria il Poggio and Villa Grabau. More details to come! Parking is also available at both venues if you prefer to drive. Note, there will be no transportation coordinated for the Farewell Lunch, which is located inside the city walls in the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro.

We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:30pm, ahead of our ceremony starting at 4pm.

For the welcome party, the dress code is dressy casual. Think dresses, skirts, or pants and a blouse for women, and button-downs or collared shirts with chinos or slacks (jackets optional) for men. For the wedding, the dress code is black tie optional. Long dresses and gowns for women and tuxedos or suits for men. For the farewell lunch, come as you are!

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation.
